The BCS is messed up

So every impossible thing that couldn't happen did happen last night. West Virginia shit the bed and Missouri got beat by a much better team in Oklahoma. So before the BCS final standings come out, I'm going to write my predictions and why some teams won't get the nod for the championship game.

NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP
LSU v. THE Ohio State University

I don't like it, but I think its going to happen. LSU did win the SEC (the undeniably best conference) but did it in an unconvincing fashion against a so-so Tennessee team. They also got beat TWICE by unranked teams in overtime during the season. And Arkansas beat them in Baton Rouge. That just shouldn't happen. And tOSU is backing into the game courtesy of a lack of Big 10 championship game. I don't like a team with a bye week getting into the big game just because others lost.

WONT GET THE NOD

Georgia Bulldogs: They might be #3 in the BCS now, but I don't think the human voters will get them into the top 2 simply because they didn't even get to play for the SEC. Are they better than Tennessee? Undoubtedly. But UT beat them in the season and kept them from winning either their side of the SEC or the SEC championship. How can you let someone shoot for the overall title if they didn't win their conference? LSU should and will get the nod over them if it comes down to the two of them.

Southern Cal Trojans: I personally think that they should get into the game, but I think that the SEC pull will get LSU in over them. I think USC is playing the best football in the country right now, but that damn East Coast bias bites them in the ass again. I'd love to be wrong about this one, because they could beat OSU if they got into the title game.

Hawaii (Rainbow) Warriors: They won't get in because they are Hawaii. You want to play in the title game? Schedule a Big 12 or SEC team next year. Don't let your hardest games be Washington and Boise State. That ain't gonna do it. No chance at all.

I guess we'll see this afternoon. If I had to set up the other BCS Bowls, I'd go this route:

SUGAR
Georgia v. Kansas

FIESTA
Oklahoma v. Arizona State

ORANGE
Virginia Tech v. West Virginia

ROSE
Southern California v. Hawaii
